OPPO F3 Deepika Padukone Limited Edition launched: Price, features and more

OPPO, together with its brand ambassador, Deepika Padukone launched a new version of OPPO F3 smartphone at a live streaming event that happened in Mumbai today. Well, the new version dedicated to the star herself has been dubbed as "Deepika Limited Edition".

The OPPO F3 Deepika Padukone Limited Edition phone is available in Rose Gold color. What's more? Deepika's laser signature is engraved on the back of the device. Further, there is a logo represented by letters D and P just below the signature. OPPO together with Deepika has designed the logo which basically represents Deepika Padukone. "The logo is made with polished metal which not only creates the shine of mirror effect but also adds the glamour of the rose gold color," the company said. Commenting on the launch, Deepika Padukone, OPPO's brand ambassador said, "Opportunities like these are always fun and exciting! Rose Gold is one of my all-time favorite colors! I love the way the phone looks and I hope my fans like it as much as I do."

Besides its exquisite appearance, the OPPO F3 Deepika Padukone Limited Edition Phone also inherits the superior group selfie and photography ability of the original Oppo F3 (review). Together with the same powerful specs, it can provide you a flawless user experience. "The OPPO F3 Deepika Padukone Limited Edition Phone is definitely the most fashionable and practical accessory for you to now own," the company claims. The OPPO F3 Deepika Limited Edition is priced at Rs. 19,990 and the smartphone will be available from August 21st, 2017 on Flipkart and all offline stores across India. Interestingly, consumers will also get a special photo frame gift package with the purchase of this limited edition.

Apart from this launch, OPPO has also announced a social media campaign from the 12th to the 18th of August 2017 where fans can change their profile picture on social media platforms, take a screenshot and share it on OPPO's contest page. Two lucky winners will be presented with the OPPO F3 Deepika Padukone Limited Edition phone. OPPO will also launch a microsite for fans to upload their details and get a special e-post card from Deepika Padukone. Ten lucky winners will get a signed photo frame by the youth icon.

In a written reply to the Lok Sabha, commerce and industry minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that "requests regarding such rebate were examined and... not accepted."
